About Me

My name is Ria Saptarika, I was born in Indragiri Hilir (Tembilahan), Riau Province, Indonesia, 16 September 1967, I have meried & have two Sons & two Daughters.
Now I’m a Deputy Mayor of Batam City, Kepulauan Riau Province, Indonesia since 2006 until 2011.

Since 1983, My father Mr. Masfar Saleh send me to Jakarta to start my school in Electronics Technology High School (STM PGRI 2/STM Negri 3) at East Jakarta (coordinate: 6°12′45.61″S - 106°52′23.74″E). I learned allot about Basic Electronics & Practices till I have best graduated category from that school on 1986.

“….One time I had ask to my father, why that time he send me to Electronics Technology High School..? …What was his answer…? it was because allot of electronics devices were belong to him in our home, were already became my “rabbit experiment”….. :-) …. Did you know what is happen? …none of those electronics devices were become better… all of them even worst & spoil… ;-) …it was because of a Young Ria.
